About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Admissions Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career path through Gradious programs. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, understand their goals, explain our offerings, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
  • Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements
  • 0–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling / Education Sales / EdTech
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented with a result-driven approach
  • Ability to build trust and guide students professionally
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
  • A graduation in any discipline

Preferred Skills
  • Strong convincing & negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for education and student success
