The evaluation is based on basic knowledge and will contain the following rounds
🖥 Evaluation Test Details (⏳2.5 Hours Total)
1️⃣ Aptitude Test – 15 questions | 30 mins
2️⃣ Code Reading – 6 questions | 30 mins (Choose Java, Python, or C++)
3️⃣ Code Writing – 3 coding questions | 15 mins each (Loops, Arrays, Increment/Decrement Operators)
4️⃣ Interview Questions – 10 mins (HR) & 10 mins Technical
Guided learning sessions with Industry professionals.
Total commitment required will be 10-12 hours a week
- Sessions will be on Friday and Saturday for 2.5 hours
- Weekdays (Monday to Thursday) spend 1 hour practicing DSA and completing assignments
- Sunday – Spend 2 -3 hours completing the assignments
- Get your doubts solved in practice sessions.
- All the sessions will be online and attendance is mandatory.
Complete all course work, assessments and capstone projects
- Every session will be followed by a few assignments. Some of the assignments are like mini-projects
- You will be given an E2E project that needs to be completed during the course duration per module

The GPP program is designed to prepare students for employment and make them industry-ready. Our focus is on partnering with rapidly growing IT and software companies to identify and hire skilled freshers.
Through the GPP, students gain essential skills and develop demonstrable applications. We aim to provide both technical expertise and hands-on experience with modern technologies that are highly relevant to today’s software product and
service industries.
The program is for 32 weeks with each week student having to dedicate at least 10 – 14 hours a week. It starts in the last week of April and will complete by November 2025. Placements would be post November.

The Gradious CoE program training is for selected students only. We expect that students that graduate from the Gradious GPP program will join one of our hiring partners. As such the cost for training for student is free, but we charge a small amount for our LEAP platform and that is fixed at 12,000. This is a one-time fee and gets you access to the platform for 1 year.
The students will be mentored, trained and upskilled under professionals from the software industry with vast experience. We have a host of mentors from Product companies and services companies who have spent years in the software organisations.

Gradious CoE is only for a select few and it puts them into an orbit at least 9 months ahead of the other class mates. Having been trained and mentored by industry professionals and learnt the process of software development while doing projects, the student is already ready to take up work. If found eligible, student is exposed to Gradious hiring partners and sent of high paying job evaluations.
The student would have learnt skills and demonstrated ability to the software companies compared to his/her pears and when the time for appraisal arrives in job, Gradious students have a higher chance of better appraisal.

Yes, If you have completed all the modules and cleared our final evaluation you will be given a certificate from Gradious. Issuing certificate will be the prerogative of Gradious and you need to have adhered to all the rules
A student part of the GPP will need to ensure that
- He/she will attend to the training regularly with 90% attendance
- Submit all assignments on time without any plagiarism and dedicate sufficient time for the training as per the norms prescribed.
- Appear for all the evaluations planned by Gradious and score a minimum of 80% in each evaluation.
