Fresher Hiring Positions (Role + Location): Trainee Low Code/No Code Developer, Hyderabad
Eligibility for Freshers: CSE/IT/ECE or related graduates (2024–2026).
Salary: Stipend – Rs. 20,000 PM for initial 6 months, post that Rs. 6 LPA.
Work Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Terms of Employment: Temporary full-time contractor for 6 months
Employment Bond: No bond during the first 6 months. If a fresher candidate is hired full-time after the initial 6 months, the candidate is willing to sign a 2-year employment contract with the company from the date of joining.
Different Rounds: Technical Round 1, Final Round with Sr. Director & HR (If shortlisted, the candidate must be available for an in-person interview in Hyderabad)
Detailed JD: Trainee Low Code No Code Developer:
Position Summary: As a Trainee Low Code No Code Developer, your primary focus will be learning the client BPMN platform and successfully completing the Low Code No Code Developer Certification. This includes understanding the fundamental concepts, terminology used, and development process, following instructions provided by the trainer, and completing the weekly learning goals, including submitting your completed assignments on time. Post-certification, you will be assigned to a live customer project as an apprentice and work under the supervision of a senior/experienced developer.
Requirements:
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Mandatory to have a good understanding of web development and 3 tier architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Mandatory exposure to any one of the modern web frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js.
- Mandatory knowledge of SQL and RDBMS
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Knowledge of PHP is a plus.
Essential Functions / Priorities: What You’ll Do:
- During the 6 months, commit to learning and becoming proficient with the BPM Platform, which includes successfully achieving the BPMN Developer certification.
- Work under the supervision of a senior BPMN Developer on live projects that impact clients by partnering throughout the entire life-cycle of projects to define, design, develop, and implement custom software solutions using the clients’ automation platform.
- Participate in discussions with external clients to understand their business processes and technical needs.
- Contribute to conceptual technical solutions and make changes based on the client’s feedback in an Agile environment.
- Participate in the design, build, and launch of new relational data models in production.
- Contribute towards the development of APIs to integrate with multiple systems.
- Contribute towards adoption by empowering clients to become self-sufficient with building process applications on their own.
- Participate in discussions with the client’s technical teams and business users as needed throughout the entire software development life cycle as part of the project team under the supervision of a senior.
- Review business process documents and functional and technical system requirements.
